Grovo foods shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental damages, whether or not informed of the possibility of such damages or negligence. All disputes shall be governed by Indian law and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru.

In the event of an incorrect transaction, we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the authorization being declined due to the Cardholder exceeding the mutually agreed preset limit between us and our acquiring bank.

 

Returns and Return Shipping

Our 10-Day Return Policy covers every product purchased from grovofoods.com. In case of any problems, packaging issues, or damages, please inform us within 10 days from the date of delivery. We will either provide a replacement product or a refund of your money.
